Ultima Bank Minnesota is seeking Customer Service Representatives for its Fosston, Plummer, and Gary locations.
Duties include:
- Assisting customers with banking needs
- Opening new accounts.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Cross selling UBM products and services.
- Additional duties include administrative support and other related duties as assigned.
Individuals must be organized, able to multi-task and be proficient in computer skills. Banking experience not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate. Full time position with competitive wage package and benefits.

Medical Plan |
Ultima Bank Minnesota covers 100% of the employee's premium for a High Deductible Health Plan, connected with a Health Savings Account which is contributed to by the Bank. If an employee does not receive their insurance through our medical plan, 50% of the premium dollars and 50% of their Health Savings Account contribution will be applied to that employee's 401(k). |
Safe-Flex Plan |
This benefit allows employees to make before-tax contributions to health care and/or dependent care spending accounts, which may then be used to pay eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses. |
Long-Term Disability |
Provides 60% of eligible compensation after 3 months of approved total disability. Employees are eligible for this coverage after one month of full-time employment. |
401(K) Plan |
Ultima Bank Minnesota currently provides a “safe harbor” 401(k) retirement plan. UBM will match the first 3% contribution of the employee and half of the next 2% employee contribution (maximum UBM contribution of 4%) to be made to your account beginning the first day of the first calendar quarter following 90 days of employment. You are allowed to contribute up to 100% of earned income, limited by the IRS. |
Paid Time Off |
Each employee earns 15 days per year of Personal Time Off (PTO) and 10 holidays; increasing dependent on years of service. |
Education Assistance |
Ultima Bank Minnesota provides an Education Reimbursement Program for its employees. Each employee may receive reimbursement for up to 50% of the cost for eligible career-related expenses up to $250 per year. Each employee is encouraged to join the American Institute of Banking (AIB), which is designed to help bank employees further their banking education. Membership fees and tuition for all AIB courses are paid for by Ultima Bank Minnesota. |
